Work Description:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Coaches to join our team as an independent contractor. In this assignment, you will be responsible for writing training programs tailored to each athlete's needs, maintaining consistent communication with clients, attending coaching meetings, staying up to date with the latest training research, and attending relevant events. Your primary objective will be to guide and support athletes in their journey to enhance performance and achieve success.
Qualifications:
- Education in Exercise Physiology, Sports Science or a related field is recommended but not required.
- Racing and training experience will also be considered.
- Previous experience coaching athletes is essential.
- A deep passion for and knowledge of cycling is necessary.
- Self-motivation and a strong desire to grow and develop as a coach is highly valued.
- Fluent English
Location:
This position is open to candidates residing in the United States, Canada, the UK and Europe though applications from other locations also considered. As an independent contractor you choose when and from where you work in order to deliver your responsibilities as a coach.
We are particularly interested in coaches in the US and UK as well as Europe based coaches that can be part of our coaching team at our Camps in Spain, Italy, Belgium and France.
